I use the latest Autodesk 'Revit' CAD design system to produce 'virtual reality' drawings including the necessary detailed section drawings and specifications whilst keeping costs effective.

From a full understanding of the practical side of a building I can use my experience and the latest in measuring and levelling equipment to detail existing buildings.

I prepare accurate drawings with a level of detail required for the project in hand.

When proposing extending your home, it is important to consider the implication of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.

Under the Act, it is the legal responsibility of the property owner to serve the necessary 'Notices' if required.

The implications not only involve attached buildings but also excavations if being carried out within 6.000M (20 feet)

of a neighbouring property or even garden wall.
